Bloomish Candle Company’s biggest goal is to serve our customers well and do everything we can to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your order.

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

Our greatest goal is to serve our amazing customers well and do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your order. So, we have worked hard to come up with a hassle-free, no-headache returns system!

HOW TO START A RETURN

1.       Read our Return Policy below and make sure your item is eligible for return.

2.       Print a copy of our Return Form and fill it out completely.

3.       Pack your item, return form, and receipt with your choice of packaging and send it back via your carrier of choice to the following address: 136-4 Forum Drive #351, Columbia, SC 29229.

4.       We will process your return and issue your refund within (5-7) business days.

 RETURN POLICY

-          The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to us: final sale/clearance items, any items discounted greater than 25% by coupon code, and any items that have been used

-          Shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error

-          All returned items MUST be unburned and unused. We will issue a refund or replace products damaged during the shipping process if photographic evidence of damage is provided to us within 7 days of delivery

-          In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@bloomishcandlecompany.com for further details

-          Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment

-          Returns must be received by us within (7) days of receiving your delivery. Please consider transit times when choosing your carrier and shipping method – we recommend allowing 5-10 days.

-          Bloomish Candle Company cannot be responsible for damages caused by incorrect and/or improper care and handling of your candle products.

 PROCESSING TIME

Please allow (5-7) business days to process your return once we receive it. Once we process a refund, please allow (7-10) business days for the amount to post to your original form of payment.

EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we do not allow exchanges at this time.
